Terms & Conditions

Useful Information

All sessions are structured within 60 minutes however given the nature of the session occasionally I collaborate with the energy present.
Reiki is clothed and it is best to wear layers for your comfort.
It is recommended for reiki that any food / drink should be digested to support the detoxification post session connected with the rehydration post session.
I request all under 18's require parent/guardian authorisation.
When your treatment is complete I may offer further notes and or intuitive guidance/advice to improve your health & wellbeing practices.

Should you need to cancel your appointment free of charge send a message no later than 24 hrs before session time. Should you cancel within 24hrs you may lose the paid booking without refund or reschedule option.
All bookings are pre paid via our paylink and using stripe secure payment system.

Appointment confirmation is sent to the email address provided.

In the unlikely event I cancel you can choose either a refund or reschedule.

Acceptable behaviour requires clients to be sober, respectful & trustworthy, I reserve the right to end a session should this not be the case with immediate effect without refund.

I require free parking as I have my massage table and accessories.

The space required for treatment is at least 2 x 2 metres.

I travel to Marlow, Maidenhead & Windsor, High Wycombe, Gerrards Cross, Slough areas.
If you live further away I can consider for extra mileage charges.

  1. Give Reiki to clients with respect for their dignity, individual needs and values without discrimination.

  2. Be without judgement concerning race, colour, creed, gender or sexual orientation.

  3. Provide comprehensive and easy-to-understand information to allow clients to make informed choices.

  4. Respect the client’s right to choose his or her own forms and path of healing.

  5. Act honestly and maintain professional integrity

  6. Acknowledge and respect all practitioners and disciplines.

  7. Work to foster and maintain the trust of clients and the general public.

Privacy Policy

All appointments are pre paid using the secure paylink sent by wellbeing warrior. 

All transactions use HTTPS and TLS encryption, and payment data is protected with AES-256 encryption at rest. Wix is PCI DSS compliant, meaning it meets strict industry standards for handling payment information. Anti-fraud protection and regular security reviews are also in place to keep customers’ data safe. 
 

  1. Unique Link: Each pay link is unique and only sent by wellbeing warrior when a booking appointment is requested. The link can use it to make a payment.

  2. Security: All transactions through the pay link are encrypted and processed by secure, PCI-compliant payment providers.

  3. We do not accept cash onsite.

  4. All paylink transactions must be completed 24 hrs before an appointment. 

  5. We reserve the right to refuse any other options of payment outside of those listed.

  • All pay links use HTTPS, protecting data during transmission.

  • Payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment providers.

The privacy policy is updated when wix elease new security features that improve overall customer satisfaction and safety.
 

Useful Information

  • Wireless Secure Connection: For best security, it’s recommended to use a secure, password-protected WiFi network when accessing pay links. Public or unsecured WiFi networks can be more vulnerable to interception or hacking attempts.

  • HTTPS Encryption: Wix pay links use HTTPS encryption, which helps protect payment and personal information even if you’re on a less secure network. However, using a secure WiFi adds an extra layer of protection.

  • Network Stability: A stable WiFi connection ensures that the payment process is smooth and not interrupted. Unstable or weak WiFi could cause issues like incomplete transactions or errors during payment.
     

Wellbeing Warrior communications

  • Wellbeing warrior never shares any customer contact information (email/mobile) to third parties.

  • We share news via a newsletter, should you wish to subscribe / unsubscribe it is an opt in / opt out which is available on every newsletter via a secure link.

  • No data is shared or stored outside of wix.

  • Should you wish for your data to be removed after completing your health & wellbeing services, please message me to make the request.
