START WHERE YOU ARE...
These sessions require active listening from both of us and are more guidance with the focus being on you. Holding the space for someone so they create their own space for learning and growing can be powerful. Many of us have not experienced this before and so every session changes our neuro pathways and we reflect what we feel into reality.
What would happen if we were to base all our decisions intuitively? Would everything work out or fall into place the way we want it, well yes and no, for intuition is part of our self mastery, it is a gatekeeper only to what is inside of us.

Simply put. For a reason, for a season, for a lifetime.
The journey of the self becomes and begins with a curious non judgemental approach of what is, the power of that through reflections and memories as it becomes inner acknowledge facing our fears, opening our hearts and creating a vision for our life.

This requires a practice of mindfulness essentially being in the present moment.  When this shift happens/evolves, our consciousness levels expand and we usually questions to our life or soul paths. We then have the opportunity to reassess our priorities. The secret to this is energy, everything in us is energy. Our life & soul path journey.
