It is essential to check in on our progress from where we are to where we are wanting to be. This will establish the present moment from where everything is what it is, we are able to take a meta-view. My main brainstorm here focused on physical health and body. I often use these before a workout, a sports event, training, eating nutritious food; it may be a weekly or monthly plan. Example - My intention is to set a PB for my half marathon time and also raise funds for a charity. Have a go and see yourself>I achieved my PB so can you...

1. Ask For What You Need I require sponsors to achieve my target amount, new trainers, a coach 2. Actively Listen & Engage Here I required coaching and patience learning a new running technique 3. Actions before Words I set a training plan and referred only to what my progress had been 4. Keep It Simple I will give my best effort in every session and on the day 5. Be On Time Create & Keep to a Schedule 6. Repeat Your Intention Out Loud On the tougher days reminding yourself of the goal helps alot 7. Feel Like It Has Already Happened I wrote down a time, an amount and visualised the accomplishment 8. Raise Your Words Not Your Voice Selection of words is better than Volume of your Voice 9. Lead By Example - 100% Effort You never know who you may inspire or be inspired by 10. Practice A Positive Compassionate Mindset Even when it hurts or you fall short of expectation, focus on the good.
