Feedback Loops

This past weekend I was deepening my training in sub conscious beliefs and how they may create limitations and self sabotage us from our desires and wants. When I am coaching, mentoring and healing I advocate and champion individuality and the connection from our heart and soul to reveal often silent feedback loops. As humans the more we experience, the deeper our reactions and intentions become repetitive and reliant upon energetic feedback. When we understand our need for recognition from others is primary, the more we train ourselves away from buliding self esteem and confidence and trusting our intuition to distraction and destructive temporary replacements.

It is when we seem to make less effort and achieve so much that we also let go from the limiting energy generated by primary responses. The great philosophers, pioneers, creators, engineers focused on their work, their relationship in harmony with who they were becoming and what they were doing.

I think it's very important to have a feedback loop, where you're constantly thinking about what you've done and how you could be doing it better. I think that's the single best piece of advice: constantly think about how you could be doing things better and questioning yourself. Elon Musk

The courage to speak your truth is directly relational to the courage to becoming yourself. Changing a belief requires self compassion, practice and a shift from your primary focus of external to internal feedback loops. Every 1-1 / 360 and self review should always include the question: How are you doing / being in direct relation to your own guidance/ambition/desire? If we allow this alignment across our lives we will attract our best friends, our greatest allies, partners, collaborators, mentors and the ones who listen and support unconditionally.

Top 3 Tips for Creating Feedback Loops

  1. When asking for feedback be confident and clear from your own loop

  2. Feedback from a person who is in the same energy vibration as your highest self is useful, productive and energising, anyone who is of a lower energy will add negative responses from their sense of lack and competition.

  3. Develop and practice intuitive practices - when something is logical and rational develop your awareness to the energy of resistance created producing only short term solutions.

If you wish to experience your own understanding I recommend discussing with me how I can serve you as a coach, a mentor and or a healer to allow your own transformation in a safe and trusted environment. Break the habit and receive better feedback.
