Treatment is given by the practitioner placing their hands gently on your body in a pre-determined sequence of hand positions, spending several minutes holding each position. The touch will be gentle, light and comfortable. The session experience boosts a sense of well being and relaxation; sometimes a treatment is energizing, releasing heavier energies allowing you to feel inner peace, physical comfort and emotional balance.
