Reiki is a holistic complementary healing therapy. Each session is an opportunity to relax and balance the body at a cellular level helping to relieve stress and negativity to help the natural healing processes we all possess as human beings.
When we actively create a wellbeing practice to pause, reflect and we allow ourselves to become stronger through self awareness and recharging our body, mind and spirit.
Benefits include improved sleep quality (essential to body regeneration) , reduce anxiety and release toxins from our bodies - see my table below for detailed information.
Multiple session also help to boost immunity, improve wellbeing, mental health, physical restrictions and reduce inflammation / pain.
Our energy is connected to our emotional upward and downward spiral range from Love / Joy / Empowerment to Fear / Grief / Powerlessness.
We offer 30, 60 & 90 minute sessions and 3 x 60 minute packages. It is highly recommended you invest in regular or 3 sessions (3hrs) to clear, break a cycle and allow energy healing in your body & mind. I also include free consultations, feedback and insights to help support your health & wellbeing.

HEALING MASSAGE
This session is designed to incorporate light stroking movements as well as traditional static reiki hand positions to help stimulate the flow of energy. These work across our nine energy energy systems to allow for healing by restoring calm to body & mind throughout the session.
This helps my abilities to clairvoyantly read the body’s energies to discover the root cause both energetically & emotionally.
